Key Metrics in the Phoenix Dashboard
The Phoenix Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your store’s performance, including sales activity, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, and risk indicators. These metrics help you quickly identify trends, monitor revenue, and detect potential issues.
This guide explains each metric displayed on the Dashboard, how filtering works, and how to interpret the data.
Dashboard Filters and View Options
Before reviewing metrics, you can customize how data is displayed using the filters at the top of the Dashboard. These controls help you focus on the time period, client, or store that matters most.
Date Range
You can use the date range selector to define the time period you want to analyze. All metrics and charts update automatically based on the range you select, allowing you to compare performance over different periods.
Client and Store Selection
You can choose how data is grouped by selecting a client and store from the dropdown menus.
If you select a specific store, the Dashboard displays metrics only for that store. If no individual store is selected, you will see combined data across all stores associated with the client. This makes it easy to switch between a global view and store-level insights.
